The rep from my captive just told me that if I had applied this kind of energy toward soliciting my service customers to buy ESC's, the November numbers would have looked better.
My month was actually pretty good, so I chose to be polite but basically ignored him.
This new rep had to have promised big increases in the numbers to get hired.
New reps are always fun to break in.
